These workforms were created using Microsoft Word. If a workform included calculations, a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet was embedded into the Word document. Just double-click anywhere on the spreadsheet to open the embedded Excel file. You will then be able to enter your data and the totals and other calculations will be computed automatically.
