These workforms were created using Microsoft Word. If a workform included calculations, a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet was
embedded into the Word document. Just double-click anywhere on the spreadsheet to open the embedded Excel file. You
will then be able to enter your data and the totals and other calculations will be computed automatically. All of
the instructions for the workforms are Word files.
