Overview
E-Learn Libraries develops and delivers quality training of importance and interest to libraries and their staff members. Our courses are designed for effective, rapid learning and are available at times and places convenient to our learners.

We offer customized online training for individual libraries, library systems, and consortia. We can also arrange for onsite training in conjunction with our electronic courses.
Management Team
Ron Dubberly is currently a Managing Partner of Dubberly Garcia Associates, Inc. He is the former director of three library systems of varying sizes. Thus, he has a deep understanding of library systems and their needs. He led the Atlanta - Fulton [County] Public Library System (35-branches) for ten years; the Seattle Public Library (22-branches) for 12 years; and the Sioux City (Iowa) Public Library (seven-branches) for six years. He is a former administrator for the Riverside County Library System (California) and the Jersey City Free Public Library (New Jersey). He has also worked with the Baltimore County Public Library as a branch manager and administrative assistant to the Director. He also worked with the Jacksonville Public Library (Florida) in various positions before receiving his M.L.S. degree.
June Garcia is currently a Managing Partner of Dubberly Garcia Associates, Inc. She was the Director of the San Antonio Public Library System (18-branches) for six years. Prior to that, she worked with the Phoenix Public Library in several capacities. She was a branch manager and, subsequently, Library Extension Services Administrator with responsibility for managing all the branch libraries. Before going to Phoenix, she was a reference librarian with the Plainfield Public Library and the New Brunswick Public Library, both in New Jersey. She has also served CEO of the CARL Corporation, and as Vice President and Chief Ambassador of TLC/CARL, two major library automation companies providing integrated systems to public libraries and consortia.
Sandra Nelson is the Principal of Sandra Nelson Consulting. She is a consultant, speaker,trainer, and writer specializing in public library planning and management issues. She is a leader in the development of planning and management tools for public librarians and is the author or co-author of four of the most recent management books published by the American Library Association for the Public Library Association. She has used her planning expertise to help library managers, staff, and board members to develop strategic plans in dozens of public libraries of all sizes. She is a prolific trainer and, over the past twenty-five years, has presented hundreds of training programs in over 45 states. Her workshops address the unique needs of public library staff members and reflect her over 30 years of public library experience.
